New Time srl operates in compliance with the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree no. 196, June 30, 2003, on the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to personal data processing) and data processing is therefore based on the principles of fairness, legality, transparency and confidentiality. This page describes data management methods regarding the existing/potential customers of New Time srl and users who visit our websites. New Time srl, in its capacity as Data Controller, hereby provides users who visit and/or interact with this website with the information notice regarding personal data processing in relation to identified or identifiable subjects, pursuant to article 13, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, on the subject of personal data protection, and describes website management methods.
The processing operations connected with the web services provided by this website are performed at company headquarters under the supervision of technical personnel assigned to the office charged with data processing, or by persons assigned to perform maintenance operations from time to time. Processing may be performed at third party companies that collect data regarding access to and navigation through the website, to make it possible to provide the services and sections that require the identification of the user, as well as for the purposes of collecting information for the technical administration of the website and for any statistical analysis regarding the use of same. The personal data provided by users who request information material (catalogues, answers to queries, requests for contact) is used exclusively to perform the service requested and is communicated to third parties only if necessary to this end (e.g. the shipment of the material mentioned above).
